These mushrooms are grown with care at Lower Wangfield Farm in Curdridge, Hampshire — right in the heart of the countryside, where the cool, damp conditions are perfect for growing mushrooms that actually taste of something. They’re firm, full of umami, and rich in that deep, savoury flavour that makes mushrooms a meal in their own right.
