Rock Star is an extra mature vintage Cheddar with a rich, crystalline crunch and a depth of flavour that rolls in like thunder. It starts creamy, then hits you with that intense, savoury tang that only well-aged cheddar can deliver. There’s nuttiness, saltiness, and just enough sharp edge to make you take notice — then go straight back for more.

It’s wrapped in a deep purple wax, like royalty, and rightly so. This isn’t cheddar for the faint-hearted. It’s for those who want their cheese loud, proud, and full of character.
